The complex houses more than 60 merchants including major retailers such as Bureau en Gros (Staples), Winners, Bouclair, and an SAQ (Quebec Alcohol Control Board). Canadian Tire is an anchor tenant of the shopping mall and is expanding its store there to meet local consumer demand. This expansion will increase the size of the mall and is consistent with EL-AD Canada’s initiative to maximize its assets’ profitability by continued improvement and development.
