Westmount Square

Montreal, Que

Westmount Square is a complex of three tower buildings located in Montreal's affluent Westmount area. The complex consists of three tower buildings - two residential buildings and one commercial office building with high-end retail space on the first two floors. Just west of downtown Montreal, Westmount Square complements the many splendid residences framed against the slopes of Mont-Royal. A well-known landmark in Montreal, the complex was designed by the famed architect Mies van der Rohe. EL-AD Group Canada executed the co-op conversion thus turning the residential towers into spacious, ultra-modern, elegant rental units easily adapted to each resident's particular interior decor. Each unit features high ceilings and a panoramic vista of the city of Montreal.

EL-AD also upgraded the complex' food court, and extended its medical offices and services. Maintaining the basis of van der Rohe’s original design, Westmount Square continues to offer a mix of offices, residences, and a commercial mall. Like its residences, the offices are also modern and spacious. The new, extended medical office area now houses several private health clinics. The integral mall houses banks, boutiques, galleries, and several restaurants.
