Shay Braverman

Shay Braverman is the Chief Executive Officer of El-Ad Group (Canada) Inc. and provides leadership and direction for all of the company's activities in the country. Shay is a seasoned real estate executive with 20 years as a senior executive for companies in the real estate industry in North America, Europe and Israel.
Shay began his real estate career as an investment professional and business manager with Bank Hapoalim, and later served as Vice President of Marketing for the Industrial Buildings Corporation, the largest real estate firm in Israel. Subsequently, Shay served as CEO of Airport City, a real estate venture that created 4 million sq. ft. of a mixed-use business park adjacent to Israel’s Ben Gurion International Airport.
In other postings, Shay briefly assumed the position of CEO at Fair Fund, an Israeli private equity investment company focused on residential development, until he was appointed the CEO of Nitsba, one of Israel’s largest income-producing real estate companies with over 15 million sq. ft. under management.
Shay graduated with Honors from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the Real Estate Appraisers Program at Tel Aviv University.
Shiri Septon-Etchin

Shiri Septon-Etchin serves as the CFO for El-Ad Group (Canada) Inc. managing all aspects of the company’s financial reporting and planning, cash-flow management, and key financial relationships.
Shiri has held several senior finance roles prior to joining the company, including CFO of Azimuth Technologies, a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange which develops and manufactures solutions for the defence industry. She also was the CFO of Jungo, a leading software provider for the telecommunications industry. Previously, she provided audit and consulting services for one of the "big 4" accounting and consulting firms operating in Israel and the United States.
Shiri holds a degree in Accounting and Economics and a Masters degree in business administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University.
Barry Ross
Chief Operating Officer

Barry is responsible for the full operational oversight of El-Ad Group (Canada) Inc.’s property portfolio in Canada including, all physical maintenance, property management, capital repairs and upgrades, leasing and marketing, and tenant relationship management.
Barry has over 30 years experience in real estate asset management, and property/facilities management services delivery; as well including financial modeling, capital funding sourcing for development purposes, tactical property development and construction, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions and value creation.
Prior to joining the company, for 10 years Barry was Vice President Realty Management at SNC Lavalin O&M and was responsible for the service delivery of all realty transactions, lease and property tax management, strategic asset planning and appraisal services for over 100M sq ft of Canadian and International client corporate property portfolios (owned and tenanted). He has extensive experience in realty and property management organization development and team creation and deployment for specific property and portfolio mandates. Barry also spent 10 years in the pension fund management industry having full asset management oversight of national portfolios of commercial office and retail income generating properties.
Barry holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Waterloo and a Masters of Science degree from the University of Toronto.
Elaine Crossland
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

E. Elaine Crossland is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for El-Ad Group (Canada) Inc. and manages all legal aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring the company’s activities meet the relevant regulatory requirements. Her work experience in Canada, and internationally in Israel and the United States, encompasses a diverse range of complex business transactions for the company, its subsidiaries, related companies and stakeholders.
Prior to joining the company in May 2009, Elaine had over 13 years of real estate experience working in private practice for nationally recognized law firms as well as in-house for a property and asset management company where her responsibilities included managing the investor relations and regulatory compliance for the company’s property syndications. More recently, Elaine headed the in-house legal team for a land development and home builder company.
Elaine holds a degree in Canadian History (B.A.Hons.) from Trent University; a degree in Law (LL.B.) from the University of Western Ontario; and a Masters degree in Securities Law (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall (York University). She was called to the Ontario bar and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Waldemar Halek
Vice President Finance

Waldemar Halek serves as the Vice President Finance of El-Ad Group (Canada) Inc. and is involved, alongside with the CFO, in all aspects of financial management of the Company.
Prior to joining the Company, Waldemar spent over nine years with the audit and assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Toronto. Waldemar participated in Genesis Park, PricewaterhouseCoopers' global leadership development program aimed at high potential professional staff of the firm. He was also the senior manager in charge of the strategic project to offshore services to India. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Waldemar was routinely engaged to provide services to market-listed companies in both the U.S. and Canada including major Canadian property management and property development companies.
Waldemar is a Chartered Accountant in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States. He also holds Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business. Waldemar is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canada-Poland Chamber of Commerce of Toronto.
Netanel Ben-Or
Vice President Development

Netanel Ben-Or is Vice President of Development for El-Ad Group (Canada) Inc. In this role, he manages the company's development activities and marketing strategy in Canada including 2 successful multi-phase condominium projects in North York (Emerald City) and Montreal (Cité-Nature) as well as the rezoning for such projects and the sales of all units in these projects.
Previously, Netanel held several senior development posts in Israel including responsibility for a large commercial and residential development program for Bay-Side Land Corporation Ltd. of the IDB Group.
Netanel holds a Master degree in Civil Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Shahar Davidi
Vice President Development and Construction

Shahar Davidi is the Vice President of Development and Construction for El-Ad Group (Canada) Inc. In this capacity he directs and manages the company's prospective development projects and the progress of existing construction projects. All project-related activities including design, contractors, planning, estimating, resource planning, consultants, scheduling, cost tracking, and post-project evaluations fall within the scope of his responsibilities.
Prior to joining the company, Shahar held several government engineering positions in Israel and was the Vice President of development for one of Israel’s largest public construction companies. He has an established record of success in managing large residential, industrial, commercial and public works projects.
Shahar holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Derby focused on marketing of residential units. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Sunderland University.
