Built in the early 1900’s, the Nordelec building is a mixed use historical building, situated on a site of approximately 5 acres, near the historic Lachine Canal Waterway and in close proximity to Montreal’s downtown core. Today, Le Nordelec remains a remarkable example of Montreal’s early 20th century architecture.

The redevelopment of this remarkable building was initiated with industrial spaces having been converted into office space and award-winning New York-style Lofts and prestigious Penthouses. New construction condominiums were also integrated into the building foot print while preserving key heritage features of the original construction.

Amenities for the residents of the building include a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the city and Mont-Royal, pool, gym and fabulous lounge.

To complement the residential redevelopment at the Nordelec, a significant portion of the building is comprised of office space and new retail spaces are planned for the ground floor. The Nordelec is truly a location where you can live, work and play.
